Changing the corporate emphasis
This is where Testability really gets interesting… Testability sees little distinction between itself and its employees.
Managing director Peter Wilson aims to understand the goals and aspirations of each employee. Then, if possible, he will adapt Testability to reflect who they are and where they are heading.
“Many of the large companies I’ve worked for spend millions of dollars trying to align their employees with their corporate goals,” Wilson says. “They do this because a person works with enormous energy when they believe in what they are doing. But it’s all backwards. They would set their goals and then try to change my vision and values to fit their goals.”
